Maintains its finish over time
The waist is slightly tight from the hips to the thighs, and the silhouette is bootcut, with a slight flare from the knees to the hem.
The denim fabric is 19oz Kiwami Selvedge. The denim is made by weaving uneven yarns of warp 5 and weft 4 to the limit on an old-fashioned power loom, and has the stiffest texture of all Samurai's original denims, creating a strong feel.
The leather patch for the S512XXBC is a lunar eclipse that represents the flared silhouette, and a large Musashi Kojiro design that represents the 19oz specification. Other specifications include a flasher, iron drum buttons, copper coin-shaped rivets, and 'impermanence of all things' jacquard lining.
The sewing is done mainly in original yellow, and the count, stitching, stitch width, etc., are adjusted to suit the characteristics of each part to create a sharp look. In addition, several inches of selvedge are used on the sides, which is usually not possible with a flared silhouette pattern.
Due to a change in specifications, the stitching on the back pocket and the SAMURAI woven name tag have been removed.
This onewash version of the jean runs small - it's recommended to size up.
