The Undercover x Nike Dunk High 1985 Black is a collaboration between Jun Takahashis high-end streetwear brand and Nike on the retro basketball shoe in a colorway that features Undercovers signature avant-garde aesthetic. The Black or Chaos Dunk High 1985 by Takahashi and Undercover is one of multiple colorways designed by the popular Japanese streetwear designer that was released in 2021 and 2022. It features a black tumbled leather upper with white CHAOS branding on the left heel and GLEICHGEWICHT, the German word for balance, on the right heel. The German words NEUES LEBEN and NEUER LARM wrap around the collar on each shoe. The phrases translate to new life and new noise, respectively. A black leather Swoosh is found on either side of the shoe. Underfoot, a black rubber sole with white speckle completes the look.
