Each thread is hand-dyed using natural indigo. The warp yarn is naturally dyed, while the weft is spun from nep yarn, giving the denim a rugged, uneven surface with a handwoven character. The result is a uniquely textured fabric exclusive to graphzero, offering a crisp, tactile feel that ages beautifully. Unlike rope dyeing, the stone dyeing technique used here produces an unpredictable and richly nuanced fade with every wear.

The design is based on 1940s WWII-era 5-pocket jeans, reimagined through graphzeros lens. It features a straight cut with a traditional silhouette, sewn with cotton threadincluding hidden bar tacks and rivetsthat fades gracefully alongside the denim. Though not as strong as synthetic alternatives, cotton thread blends into the fabric over time, contributing to a more cohesive and character-rich appearance.
